Good understanding of Telco BSS layer (Sales, CRM, Products, Commissions etc.) 2. Understanding of OSS will be an added advantage 3. Candidate should understand Telco Products & Services such as Cable, Wireless etc. 4. Candidate should have done High Level & Detailed Level design in BSS/OSS transformations 5. Candidates should have understanding of KPI Metrics/Reports in Sales & Marketing domain of Telco 6. Candidate should have understanding of data lineage of source data (customer, accounts, products, agents, sales, marketing) and how they are transformed for generating sales and commissions dashboard on the consumption layer mostly from Telco business perspective.
