The client wants 7-10+ years of experience. CANDIDATES NEED TO BE ONSITE DAY ONE AND BE IN THE OFFICE 2-3 DAYS A WEEK IN NYC. Candidate must know SOX audits The IT Governance Specialist works with The CTO, management, IT stakeholders, business leads, and various risk management functions. More over the IT Governance specialist is responsible for the ongoing IT risk activities as well as supporting day to day Technology Risk Management. Supports IT Governance Manager and SR. Governance Specialist in day to day tasks including but not limited to reporting metrics, fielding inquiries, tracking projects and pending reviews. Supports Vendor On-boarding activities for lower risk tier providers. T3-T5 to identify third parties with an application component. Manages the Application onboarding and Off-boarding process in ServiceNow. Annual SOX support, documentation of existing IT controls and fielding SOX related inquiries for sampling and testing as applicable. Coordinates Quarterly Business reviews for IT owned vendors in accordance with Vendor Risk Policy to ensure Overall IT compliance.
