Hi Amardeep, It really depends what you want to do with the data.
If it is only for debug purposes, you can set your connection to use wifi and then use WireShark on your pc to log the network traffic. If it is for your app to spy on the phone system wide, I don't know if it is even possible, but I saw a japanese app a few month ago that showed graphs of the diffeent network use in real time. Not sure how it worked or the systems allows such a fine filtering of network data.
