Currently, the Hibernate cartridge only supports EHCache as a second level
cache. Since Hibernate itself supports a broad range of cache providers, it
might be good idea to support them in the Hibernate cartridge as well. Most
importantly, we should implement support for distributed cache providers,
especially JBossCache and EHCahce 1.2 upwards.
