Bean managed transactions doesn't work

When creating a session bean with bean managed transactions the following
exception is thrown at deploy:
"java.lang.IllegalStateException: Container BillingServiceBean: it is illegal
to inject UserTransaction into a CMT bean"
This is because the ejb-xml template always set transaction management to
container.
