files are not generated by andromda server after change of emf uml2 model

When I simply start the server and execute "mvn install", all files seem to be
generated correctly. The problem occurs from the time when I do an export with
magicdraw. The server validates the changed model, but the next time I execute
"mvn install" (and also after subsequent executions) circa half of the files
are not generated any more. This affects all folders, web as well as core and
common, and also all the cartridges (spring, hibernate, bpm4struts in my case).
I tried this also with uml1.4 (magicdraw 9.5) but couldn't reproduce the
problem. So this seems to happen only with uml2 models.
