Compile error on embedded class in ManageableService class

This is against the crud feature, wasnt sure which component to log this
against.
If you define Entity XXX which also has the manageable sterotype and XXX
includes YYY which is a class with Embedded and manageable stereotypes then you
get a compile error in the common module because class YYY is generated in the
core module.
I guess one solution would be to generate the XXXManageableService classes into
the core module.
