Resolution: Fixed
Added namspace property "generateDatabaseDependentCode" with default "true".
Setting it to "false" prevents the hibernate cartridge of generating
"sql-type", "index" and "foreign-key" attributes.
The next thing will be to "outsource" the hibernate properties from spring
application context into a properties file to get a real database independent
server app (in case of ear projects)...
