You don't need ant if you're usingmaven (Maven
downloads ant for you). Are you on windows, or linux
orwhat?. Xdoclet just gives you an misleading error
messsage since itassumes you're building with ant. If
you do export (or set if you'reon windows)
MAVEN_OPTS=-Xmx512 or something it should work ok.
