Hi,
we simple use the ant build files that are generated by the AndroMDA Ant
Tool, include them in the Eclipse Ant view and start the targets there. (Of
course, we set the validating attribute of the andromda task to false to
avoid problems with the xml validation.) To be honest we have just small
models, because we are just starting to use AndroMDA.
By the way: we use Java 2 SDK 1.4.2_05, Eclipse 3.0 and AndroMDA 3.0M2
(stable build).

Can we share a few thoughts ?
How do you spawn the ant process from within your plugin programmatically
or manually ( user selects a build.xml and run as Ant build ) ?
We do it programmatically and spawn the ant process in the separate jvm, so
that we dont have memory leak problems !
