Please, i am eager to setup my first - of course very simple - application to
get a feeling for the workflow in MDA. It seems the documentation does not
provide a guide to start working with the bpm4struts cartridge. Is there
another resource to learn using struts with androMDA? How did you guys become
pro's?

Any help appreciated :)

I dont know how to become a pro at andromda, but I do know that looking at all
the samples helps. A bpm4struts application is really quite simple. One use
case, one controller, one activity diagram and thats it, presto, you have an
application. Check out the CRUD sample if you are interested in database
persistence.
