I'll try just changing the mappings, just for fun !

But it will not be very comfortable to add a different mapping for every 
possible type of List/Collection/ ... in my project.

I dont even know ... Is there a way to model generics in UML ? Else, what would 
be the correct approach to generics ? Add a tagged value to the typed 
properties with the name of the class used to instanciate the Generic ?

For the moment I'm just thinking about it ...
