Actually looking at the cartridge it looks like I'm generating the WSDL each 
time, however its not referenced from the WSDD file unless you're using 
wrapped/literal style (so that should be fine).  



In regards to what you're documentation says:

It says it supports Document/Literal (which is what wrapped/literal is, wrapped 
is just a way of structuring the document style more RPC like), so I think you 
should be fine with the default.

Its not just compiled code, its any file: say you had two WSDLs with the same 
name, the only way to keep them from overwriting each other is by generating 
them into their namespace.
