If I remove the "HH:mm" part of the defaultDateFormat the struts form ignores
the time part.
I'd like to manage both types "Date" and "DateTime" in my projects. If it is a
"Date" I'd like to use "dd.MM.yyyy", if it is a "DateTime" I'd like to use
"dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm".
If I use "dd.MM.yyyy" for both, the time part is ignored by the struts form (so
I need to replace the "DateType" by a "String")
If I use "dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm" for both, it works very well for both, but the time
part is shown even if it's just a "Date".
So it would be nice to be able to write
<namespace name="bpm4struts">
<properties>
<property name="defaultDateFormat">dd.MM.yyyy</property>
<property name="defaultDateTimeFormat">dd.MM.yyyy
HH:mm</property>
</properties>
</namespace>
Is there another possibility to manage "DateTime" types in struts forms?
