Here is what I did: I removed my sql from the directory where have installed it to put in c:mysql. It seems important to have it in that directory (weird...) As I had enough of starting mysql every time I installed it as a service so it starts each time I open the computer. I did the same with jboss (using javaservice). Let me know if you still have problems and this time I will get back to you faster.
