No currently there is no way to include them all with one pattern, you'd need
to do:
<uri>file:/${maven.src.dir}/uml/model1.xmi</uri>
<uri>file:/${maven.src.dir}/uml/model2.xmi</uri>
...
If you want to see the pattern added so you can do something like you're doing
in your example (like before), file a JIRA issue for the core and I'll add it.
