Florian told me on #oe, that it should've been fixed by now, but apparently it isn't. As I understand it, the site is hosted on Hetzner and there you can buy additional 1TB of traffic for 7EUR or so. If the money is problem, just send me an PayPal account details off-list and I'll send that money.
