And let me elaborate on the mentioned "productive way" of making such request and/or reacting to it. OE indeed has vast collection of supported software, but not all of it builds. Not all works. Not all is up-to-date. But we with Angstrom trying to uphold quality and make sure that packages provided to users actually work and good. So, making a build yourself, testing it on device and only then sending a final request is *the* productive way too request packages and make Angstrom better for all us (and if other people do the same, we quickly have each other's needs solved without everyone to go thru the whole effort each time!).
