Dear Mohit, and any other student applying for the "Adopt a new language pair" project or its derivatives.
It would be fair to say that *the* most important aspect of your application is how well you did on the coding challenge. The more words from a selected short text (~500 words) your translator/morph. analyser correctly translates or analyses before we start ranking applications, the higher are your chances to be accepted. Your proposal is about creating a morphological analyser. Now, there has been at least one project like that in the past, although working on a full-scale translator consisting of at least two morphological transducers (and transfer rules etc) is standard. Either way, attempting the coding challenge is important for both kinds of projects. Even if you don't cover 100% of words from the text you've selected, attempting it will lead to much better understanding of Apertium's internals and of the work ahead and thus will result in a better proposal, with higher chances of being accepted.
