We have always sold U-pick by the pound, but people want to carry a basket to do the picking, which then involves transferring apples to bags or boxes which is an extra step. So we are going to try the plastic bag "sleeves" which fit into the basket - when they come in you pull out the sleeve/bag and put it on the scale and they're on their way - at least I hope it works that way.
