I think that as Judd calls it Arch as in the thing McDonald's has two golden ones, that should decide it. ;) For a native English speaker, it's the most natural pronunciation. For spakers whose first language is something else (German, perhaps) Ark might be more natural, but <shrug>. Of course, many people pronounce Gentoo with a g as in get, when it should be a J sound, and many people pronounce the Li of Linux as Lie-nux.
