Hello,

When Ariel received messages it doesn't understand, like any regular
e-mail, or an article sent by mistake in pdf format, it sends these
messages to the "unknow" folder (usually in C:\Program
files\Ariel\Mail\Unknow).
Ariel converts all these e-mails in .txt files. To open it in an Outlook
window you have to change the extension .txt to .eml, then you can open
them and read them before deleting.

Hope this helps,

[ARIE-L] RE: ARIE-L Digest, Vol 46, Issue 16

This happened to us somehow as well. We have 67 items though. Is there any
way to get rid of that message?

Sincerely,
