We have moved our Ariel-R to a new PC with Windows7 on it. Although both Ariel and Odyssey appear to be receiving okay, we are having an issue pulling the documents (both from Ariel and Odyssey) into Electronic Delivery in ILLiad. The transactions change to "In Electronic Delivery Processing" status, the TIFF files store in the ILLiad "Elecdel" folder on the local "C drive", but the documents do not move into the Electronic Delivery Processing screen. Has anyone seen this before or know what might be going on? If so, contact me off the list. In the meantime, please send articles to us via Email or Fax.
