There's a new article in the Washington Post about Amazon's dynamic
pricing, at

Here is a quote:

So what do you think, is dynamic pricing stupid, or did Amazon.com just
do it badly? Why are Amazon's customers so angry about dynamic pricing?
Do they not realize that dynamic pricing should on average make them
better off? Or is it because they think it's unfair that different people
are charged different prices for the same product?
