If not, turn on active link an filter logging to see if you can see where

when I am trying to import any people record in the CTM : people the message
saying that the record modified but it is not modified because there is no
BMC.ASSET.SANDBOX.BULK is not there even though I added
BMC.ASSET.SANDBOX.BULK in CMDB Atrium after adding it even though I tried to
import the existing people with a modification it is saying people record is
modified but no changes are seen.
Thanks for response with patience. I think I am not explaining you clearly.
