Hi, I'm trying to open some gff files using release 10 (in linux), and getting the messages...
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (uk.ac.sanger.artemis.io.GFFStreamFeature). log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly. ... then it hangs. I don't have anything about "uk.ac.sanger.artemis.io.GFFStreamFeature" in my artemis/etc/log4j.properties file - should I? Any hints would be very gratefully received.
