Hello to everyone,
I have been having problems opening big the gff3 files (around 12000
kilobytes) with Artemis. Apparently the problems can be solved
fragmenting these files in several smaller files. Please, which is
the maximum file size that Artemis can open? Is there any limitation
for the sequence lenght (bp) that can be open?
