I was wondering if anyone could suggest the best way they have found to
convert alignment output from the 454 gsMapper software to bam format
suitable for viewing in artemis? We have used 454 sff files with
PyroBayes and Mosaik and then into bam but wanted to be able to compare
with the ace files that gsMapper is producing.
