Hi, I have a gff file with multiple contigs. I want to take one contig and save it as a separate gff file.
Mark the contig —> Edit —> Subsequence (1 contig) —> Save an entry as —> GFF —> no name —> pick a file name —> Save The entry still has the name “no name” in the active window. Instead I open the saved gff subsequence file. However, the last bit of the file is missing all the annotations. What am I doing wrong?
