The International Register is available (for free) on the Web at
http://www.itscj.ipsj.or.jp/ISO-IR/

You can get the complete register entry for all of the register entries,
and in particular for all those referenced by ASN.1.  Ther register
entry gives the glyph, its encoding, and the name for each character in
the register entry, plus the escape sequence that invokes that register
entry.
