The extension in Version 2 is specified after h245SecuityMode, however in version 4 (11/2002) the extension is specified after fastStart field, can someone help on confirming the following syntax in v4:

Correct versions of the ASN.1 modules defined in ITU-T Recommendations are available in the module database of the ITU-T ASN.1 Project at:

The versions you are looking more seems to be missing (they seem to be pretty old!). I'm going to check if they can be added.
