Taking this a step further, ASSP could automatically adjust the collect 
frequencies based on the normality value generated by rebuildspamdb.pl.  The 
default could be to leave it to ASSP to manage the frequencies (perhaps if 
the fields are left blank or set equal to zero?), or put your own numbers in 
via the web interface to overide automatic adjustment.
