In the couple months or so, quite a few incoming PDF and/or DOCX attachments come through corrupted, from several different sources.
If it was only one source I would assume that the problem was on their end. Since it is from multiple sources, I suspect it's on our end. I can usually save the Word document and open it in a text editor to retrieve the contents, but it won't open in Word, Google Docs, Word Perfect, or OpenOffice. But I can't get anything out of the PDF files I do not know if it is their email client, ASSP on our end, or something else.
