Switch to IAXCOMM and use an IAX extension.  Problem solved.

The bandwith is not the problem, uploadspeed is about 400 kbits.

 

I think I found the solution, I need to have a Proxy in the middle, or set up a IAX2 client and server at each end…

 

I will be testng this next week.
