Hi all,

I have a requirement:

Calls arrive my Asterisk server, and are forward to Call queues.

Currently i would like that my callers instead of just listenning Music on Hold they could listen an IVR with questions and answers, while they stay in queue.
This way i could have users that find their answers without arriving at my agents, and also keep them interested while they wait in queue.

Is there any project or some one who has done this before?

Any tips?
