Roberto,

  If you look through the archives you will see that this has been
discussed many times...  The short answer is that VMWare does not
(usually) provide acceptable quality with Asterisk in a production
environment.  The VMWare image for AstLinux is provided for testing,
education, etc.  There are too many variables with a VMWare install -
ESPECIALLY with a Windows host to guarantee perfect call quality.
