Actually I or aufs2-stdalone.git/Makefile doesn't try to rm file under
/usr/src/linux.
I'd suggest you to modify Makefile such as

- usr/include/linux/aufs_type.h: d = $(shell echo ${CURDIR} | cut -c2-)
+ usr/include/linux/aufs_type.h: d = ${CURDIR}

headers_install target is in linux kernel Makefile.
