The department may not change its spots and politicians may be fairly
impotent.

However we now have Anita Taylor on the board and I hope that she stays for
a long time.

Zephyrus has been cleared to continue as a club trainer, despite a panic
attack by CASA.

So it is not entirely doom and gloom.  There can be an opportunity
sometimes to get a good result.  It does however require some work.
