I've fixed it so from now on you have to ask for it with ``export WERROR=yes''. I've done this on the theory that a) it's easier and b) my "clients" are more interested in getting their work done than in helping me make sure that the code is as excruciatingly clean as possible. :) I'll be posting autogen-5.9.7pre1.tar.gz to http://autogen.sourceforge.net/data shortly.
