I think this is a more recent problem that has come up because of stuff
related to SSL certifcation and the web pages. The fetch is working on my
computer - I can get them for you and send them to you in a private email.
Are you using Windows? If so, can you try something for me? Can you run
"certmgr.msc" and look under "Third-Party Root Certification Authorities"
-> "Certificates" and see if you have "DigiCert Global Root CA" in there?
