thanks for your replied. I tried the new version together with Eigen 3.
Then, using cmake, I get
/usr/local/hpc5/include_eigen/include/eigen3" does not appear to contain
CMakeLists.txt
Why does it have to it contain it? In fact, it doesn't.

One way or another, I think you are picking up Eigen 3.
My suggestion would be to compile from the current Git version, that will
become 1.3:
