Hi David, Okay, I just downloaded gcc 3.4.6 and compiled it... but it doesn't give me the error it gives you ?! How come...weird. Actually it gives me the exact same warnings that 3.4.3 used to give, no more no less, and the disassembly doesn't look any better or worse either. Oh well... at least I am using the latest version now, can't hurt. BTW, I see that GCC 4 is up to version 4.1.0 now, is it still not recommended for general/mass adoption ?
