I came up with these while migrating my config. It boils down to: - a few layouts fixes - adding a possibility to customize taglist and tasklist for a vertical panel - a new constraint layout to limit the size of a widget - add an option to remove the client status symbols from its title - an option for specifying a preferred client icon size (for beautiful big client icons)
Most intrusive perhaps is 4/9 - it places the middle widget of an align layout really in the center as one would expect. As of now, it is aligned to the left, right next to the left widget. That is useless and can be replaced with a fixed layout which you put to the left and add the two widgets into it. It actually doesn't break users' configs, but it may naturally change the appearance of their align layouts. (I have not updated the default rc and it most probably will change the position of window title in the titlebar. I haven't checked that.)
