Hi Dominic / Andrew / All

We're starting to look at how the programmes domain intersects with users. So
things like:

users:user <commentsOn> programmes:episode

users:user <rates> programmes:episode

users:user <tags> programmes:episode

users:user <fanOf> programmes:tleo

etc etc etc

as we begin to fill out the data pentagram
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/radiolabs/2008/03/whats_that_star_on_the_wall.shtml)
 this stuff should come along.

To be honest I've never really thought about complaints but I guess they're a
special case of comments (sometimes anonymous (to other users), sometimes
invisible (to other users)).

I guess we need to look at how we interwingle programmes data with complaint
process data. Anyway, thanks for bringing it up - food for thought

As a side note, be nice to have appraisal and suggestion comments, too in
that feed. Also, anyone thought about user recommendations?
