Number of key(s) added: 1 Now try logging into the machine, with: "ssh 'root@vpnsvr'" and check to make sure that only the key(s) you wanted were added. I used the -f because i had already manually copied and pasted it in the client It looked like that worked i was able to run a backup on that client. I will try a few more to verify that did the trick. We have a older 3.3 version that is running, but this is a new install on a new box. I can't seem to find anything. I think the host key verification is the clue. Should i be able to login into the client from the server as backuppc? Currently no passwd is set on that account so i can't ssh to the client and accept the figure print.
