Hi, Yes you could create several rsyncsharename sections for the different folders. Or you could explicit exclude some folders from 1 share and create a seperate share to create a backup. You can even create multiple 'hosts' with each it's own share to backup different shares. In that case you could use the ClientNameAlias to point them to the same server.
