It seems to me that everything is working fine now.
The job log you have sent here is from November 23th, and I see the
Vol-0001 has been used on November 25th:

Have you tried to truncate the volumes?
* truncate volume pool=File storage=File1
Volumes seem to be getting recycled. Can you please confirm?
