A german brewery seeks to brew a beer in the nice town of Fucking, Austria. Well, not really - they try to get the Name only. And as they want to brew a lager beer (german: ein "Helles"), they can call it "fucking hell". The trademark commission first rejected the attempt - but then they had to allow it.
