while it might be easier to do a few extra prayers rather than do some Verse 95 x, so doing would seperate obligatory prayer from fasting... imho the 2 are combined for reasons that take a little instro or some where spection, and then proceed to say they are a twin thing. and so an exemption from one is autromatically an exemption for another.
