Untuk membuat ice cream itu tidak susah cukup dengan membeli Whip cream dan gelatin. Caranya adalah : 500 ml whipp cream 2 sdm gelatin bubuk Untuk isi : Rhum, kismis, selai strowberry, coklat dll. Cara membuatnya : 1 Kocok whipp cream sampai kaku. 2 Masukan gelatin yang sudah dicairkan dengan air panas lalu aduk sampai rata. 3 Simpan dalam freezer sampai beku. 4 Lalu kocok kembali sampai lembut kemudian isi sesuai selera. 5 Simpan lagi dalam freezer.
